Starter does not include API access or webhook (or Slack) alert channels. Starter does include organisation PDF reports. Slack starts at Professional. Webhooks and API access start at Agency (and Enterprise).
How this shows up in the product
- Missing Download on organisation reports usually means the plan lacks pdf_reports — Organisation reports and PDF.
- Slack or webhook options stay hidden until the plan’s
alert_channelsinclude them — Email alerts and digests. - White-label controls need Professional or higher — White-label reports.
- API-capable plans unlock programmatic access for that subscription; quota and usage meters for Google PageSpeed runs remain under Site API usage and quotas (that article is about PSI allowance, not the Watcher REST API).
Retention and export
Longer tiers keep Site Test Results longer before cleanup. Export CSV or PDFs when you need a durable copy — Data Watcher stores and retention and Export and delete your data.
