Required access: Viewers can export CSV and open share links · Managers and Admins delete sites, pages, and test results · Only Admins delete organisation reports · Organisation and account wipe via support
This guide covers portability and deletion in Apogee Watcher: what you can export yourself, what you can delete in the panel, and when to contact support. For what is stored and how long history lasts, see Data Watcher stores and retention. Contract and privacy wording: Legal and DPA.
Export
| Export | Where | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| CSV of Site Test Results | Results → Site Test Results (or a site’s Test results tab) → select rows → bulk Export to CSV | Columns include URL, site, device, scores, LCP / INP / CLS / FCP / TBT, tested-at, status, and a panel link. Viewers can export. |
| Organisation report PDF | Results → Reports → Download | Requires the pdf_reports plan feature (Starter and above). See Download organisation reports. |
| Domain / single-result PDF | Domain report or result view when offered | Follows the same PDF plan rules where applicable. |
| Public share link | Result view → Share | Read-only URL; expires after 30 days. Share a test result link. |
Step detail for CSV and single-result actions: Run a test and read results.
Export CSV or download PDFs before retention cleanup removes old runs, and before you delete sites or pages that own that history.

Role matrix: What each role can do.
In read-only mode (subscription ended), deletes are disabled even for Admins — Read-only when subscription ends.
Requests that need support
Contact support (or Contact) when you need to:
- Retire an organisation you can no longer use
- Erase an account or exercise access / erasure / portability rights under applicable privacy law
- Confirm deletion after backups or legal retention windows described in the privacy policy and DPA
Include the account email, organisation name(s), and what you need removed. We process Customer Content deletion according to product features and the DPA when the Service ends or you instruct us through support.
Isolation reminder
Exports and deletes apply only to data in organisations you belong to. Other tenants’ workspaces are not visible in your panel.
